Registered Member

Reserved solely for Registered Kinesiotherapists as designated by guidelines set forth by the Council on Professional Standards for Kinesiotherapy (COPS-KT).
Associate Member
A person interested in the total field of rehabilitation but ineligible for Registered Membership.
Life Member
1. Shall be know as the Julian Vogel Life Membership Award.
2. Must be in accordance with the guidelines.
3. Shall be accorded the same privileges as a Registered Member.
Student Member
A student enrolled in a CAAHEP accredited college or university majoring in Kinesiotherapy.
Member Emeritus
1. Be a Registered member upon retirement.
2. Must have been an active member for a minimum of fifteen (15) years.
Bridge Member
1. Be a new graduate of a CAAHEP accredited Kinesiotherapy program.
2. A student member of the association for a period of not less than one year immediately proceeding graduation.
Corporate
1. Any company interested in promoting the profession of Kinesiotherapy, or any rehabilitation-related activities or equipment.
2. Will be entitle to a free ¼ - page advertisement in each issue of Mobility.
3. Will receive a 1 - year subscription to Mobility.
4. Be entitle to utilize the Association's mailing list one time for one year.
5. Will receive a 10% discount on vendor space at the AKTA National Conference in the membership year.
6. Are not voting members.
